''Erygia spissa'' is a moth of the Erebidae family. It is found from the Indian subregion to New Guinea, where it is found in lowland habitats, including heath forests and coastal forests. The ground colour of the forewings is pale fawn-grey. The hindwing are fawn basally, grading to brownish grey over the distal half. The larvae feed on ''Acacia'' and ''Xylia'' species, as well as ''Paraserianthes falcataria'' (= ''Falcataria moluccana'').
